Donna Jenkins, MS
Hello, I'm Donna, a clinical mental health professional with a master’s degree in counseling working towards licensure as an LPC. I am committed to helping others elevate their own mental health by offering therapeutic sessions to inspire change by using theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM).
My Niche
My specialties are grief, trauma related to substance use, anger management, boundary setting, intimate partner violence, and everyday stressors. I am eager to meet with you and contribute to your success.
